Roger has always been passionate about helping people “fly”: to fulfill their purpose and reach their full potential. He is a qualified Life Coach through the Coaching Academy and is also a qualified practitioner of Creative Metier's Finding Your Purpose! Course. His coaching meets the ethical standards of the coaching profession as set out in the Coaching Academy's Code of Professional Conduct.
Through his Life Coaching, more and more people have asked for help with their spiritual journey, so Roger has trained as a qualified Spiritual Director / Companion, through A Companion's Way, the Gloucestershire Course in Spiritual Direction.
Roger co- hosted the Empowering You! podcasts, with the aim of helping empower people to engage with God's BIG purpose of transformation. He is also an Associate of the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity (LICC) which is passionate to help make whole life missional disciples. Roger speaks in churches and other gatherings on all of these issues expressed in Chrysalis Ministry.
